Dine L.A. Restaurant Week Celebrates 15th Year

Dig in! This year’s event kicks off today with specially priced- and curated menus at 370 participating restaurants throughout Southern California

Dine L.A. Restaurant Week returns for its 15th year today through May 12.

No tickets or passes are required. Simply dine out at a participating restaurant and ask for the Dine L.A. Restaurant Week lunch or dinner menu—with bang-for-your-buck selections priced from $15 to $65+—and try a new dish or select one of your favorites. Advance reservations are strongly recommended but walk-ins are welcome.

The 370 participating restaurants comprise 66 Southern Cali neighborhoods and represent 30 global cuisines. There are more Michelin-starred restaurants than ever, 39, and most offer outdoor dining. Restaurants at 48 hotels are also participating—a great incentive to indulge in a weekend getaway in our beautiful backyard.

Stacey Sun, born and raised in Pasadena, loved when her family dined at the stellar Chinese seafood restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Now vice president of the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, she acknowledges that “it was rare that we would go to a non-Chinese eatery.”

Like Angelenos and the foodies who come to L.A. expressly for Restaurant Week, Sun says she is excited to use the event to “try a new restaurant and explore a new neighborhood.”
