West Hollywood’s Nobu will host this week’s pop-up dinner, where executive chef Alex Becker will serve a special omakase menu that includes highlights like Kumamoto oysters, beef ribeye anticucho, and king crab tempura. Wine and sake pairings will be included as well, selected by KCRW’s on-air wine reporter Stacie Hunt.
The proceeds from the dinner will directly benefit St. Vincent’s meal delivery program.
