Great news for bread lovers! Grand Central Market has just announced that Clark Street Bread, run by West Hollywood baker Zack Hall, will be setting up a pop-up space inside the market every Saturday starting October 4.

After setting up shop at the Melrose Farmers’ Market, Hall is taking his made-from-scratch bread Downtown. According to Hall, “sharing Clark Street Bread with the larger Los Angeles community has always been one of my goals. I’m so excited to join the Market and the Downtown LA food scene, and can’t wait to set up shop.”

Hall, who’s bread is served at Petit Trois and Trois Mec and is available online at Good Eggs, was profiled by Digest earlier this year and has since enjoyed a great deal of interest in his “Old World” style loaves. Here’s what types of bread he’ll have in stock this weekend:

-Country
-Whole Wheat
-Danish Rye
-Miche Loaf

Upcoming specials include:
-Sunflower Flax
-Sesame Poppy
-Oatmeal Raisin
-Honey Wheat Berry
-Spelt
-Olive & Thyme
-Brown Rice Porridge
