→ IN: Spago has a new beverage director. In place of Chris Miller is Phillip Dunn who was last at Canlis in Seattle, which just happens to be the same place Miller came from.
← OUT: Bittersweet Treats Bakery has been pumping out pretty pastries made by pastry chef Danielle Keene for the past year. However, as of last month Keene has split from the bakery to focus on restaurant consulting and her dessert catering business.
→ IN: Los Feliz’s Morrison confirms that Stave Calabro (Red O) is now the restaurant’s cocktail director, and that Michael Ruiz (Cobras & Matadors) has been named executive chef. There’s a new menu to go along with these kitchen and bar additions.
