Is your beloved pooch a little stressed? Maybe he’s trying to detox, or just wants to cut back on all that coffee? California Tea House figured as much, which is why Ani Bailey has come out with a unique herbal tea meant specifically for dogs. Yes, really.
Dubbed Machu’s Blend after her Great Dane Macchu Picchu, the tea blend is designed, according to Bailey, to “combat anxiety, nervousness, motion sickness, vomiting, and gas.” (Wait, can we drink this?) Bailey consulted with veterinarians and canine herbalists to come up with the dog-friendly mix of chamomile, ginger root, fennel seed, skullcap, and calendula.
Not sure if your furry friend is really a “pinkies up” kind of pup? (Or if dogs even have pinkies?) Bailey recommends brewing the tea and freezing it into “pupcicles.” You know, for summer!
Order some by the ounce here. Woof.
