Eating at the all the restaurants in our January guide to L.A.’s best new restaurants is totally doable, but it would take a while and cost significantly more than 80 bucks. That’s where our annual Best New Restaurants Celebration comes in. A mix of honorees from this year and previous years gather in one place to cook up delicious bites of food for you to sample. This year’s lineup of restaurants is pretty epic: Alta Adams, Hayato, Bavel, Majordomo, Ma’am Sir, Hippo, Porridge + Puffs, Freedman’s, Kali, Rossoblu, the Bellwether, and Love & Salt. Plus Broadbent, Duvel, Flying Embers, Maker’s Mark, Malene, Riboli Family, the Blending Lab, and Topa Mountain Winery will be providing bevs.

Stop reading now if you want to avoid culinary spoilers or keep reading for an early look at what the restaurants are planning to serve. It’s all going down on Tuesday, January 29 at Rolling Greens in downtown L.A. Click here for tickets.
