What: A whole strip loin cooked with fire, sliced thin, and thrown on a slab of well buttered Texas toast.

Where: The Jimmy Kimmel Live back lot in Hollywood, which has been converted into a little slice of barbecue heaven thanks to a bunch of fake grass and picnic tables.

When: Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. during an obligatory barbecue pilgrimage.

The Final Bite: Adam Perry Lang is a smoked meat god, and when his church rolls into town, you pony up your dues and worship at the altar of charred animal parts. But seriously, $30 (plus $10 for valet because Hollywood parking is a nightmare) for a plate of his signature beef ribs, sliced strip loin, onions, pickles, and Texas toast is totally worth it going by taste and life-changing-ness alone. And if you look extra hungry in line, he’ll even throw you some Scooby snacks while you wait. He’s be there during lunch next Tuesday – Thursday; make sure to stop by.
