New York gastropub queen April Bloomfield (The Spotted Pig, The Breslin) is known as a nose-to-tail maven, but she also loves vegetables. As part of her tour for her new produce-focused cookbook, A Girl and Her Greens, Bloomfield will prepare a Mother’s Day feast with Suzanne Goin at Lucques. The menu will include seasonal dishes inspired by the cookbook.

Roasted Carrots with Carrot-Top Pesto
Wild arugula and burrata
Morels and Madeira Cream on Toast
Asparagus and sugar snap peas
Swiss Chard Cannelloni
Parmesan, basil, and maldon sea salt
Sweet Corn Ice Cream
Butterscotch and caramel popcorn
