This morning, Alan Richman hit us with his 25 Best New Restaurants of 2014. Among the picks, culled from restaurants all across the nation, are three of our own: Josef Centeno’s Orsa & Winston, Chad Colby’s Chi Spacca, Ludo Lefebvre’s Trois Mec, and Ari Taymor’s Alma all made the cut.
Our own critic, Patric Kuh picked up on Alma’s mystique early on in his review from 2012. Since then, the restaurant has converted to offering a tasting menu only.
Kuh picked Chi Spacca to be among this year’s best new restaurants. He’s a fan of the big cuts of meat on chef Chad Colby’s menu.
