Chuladas Burgers is the place to get your burger for the night. Luis Garcia started Chuladas Burgers in 2020 during the peak of the pandemic. His signature “Smash Burger,” a smashed-down double patty, accompanied with toasted brioche buns, bacon, American cheese, grilled onions and thousand island sauce, is a hit with night market visitors. Accompanied with french fries, Chuladas Burgers serves up a super meal that any burger-lover is bound to enjoy.

Birria Los Dos Carnales

When walking through the market, you will most likely see people pass by with their enticing tacos. Just know they’re most likely from a fairly new vendor at Avenue 26, Birria Los Dos Carnales. With 15 years of cooking in his back pocket, owner Joel Mendez, brings his favorite dishes to the night market.  Here you can find their doraditos and their delicious quesataco that is a quesadilla and a taco combined, making a meal as delicious as it sounds.
