Jennifer Aniston may have won the “most talked about” award at last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards–both for her emotional speech as she accepted a prize for best female actor in a television drama, and for the viral photos of her fleeting reunion with ex-husband Brad Pitt–but she wasn’t the only big story from the SAGs.
Parasite also made a historic move, becoming the first ever non-English-language film to win Best Cast in a Motion Picture, considered the SAG Award’s top overall prize. The Bong Joon-Ho film’s win was seen as something of an upset; many awards watchers had assumed the trophy would go to either Bombshell or Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, with their casts heavy on Hollywood A-listers.
And, as always, the fashion was on point. Scarlett Johansson stepped out in a teal gown that’s being described by some critics as one of her best red carpet moments to date. The Armani Privé dress showed off one of the night’s mini-trends–bejeweled, sparkly straps (also seen on Lili Reinhart and Rachel Brosnahan)–along with her elaborate, botanical tattoos. Take a look at shots from the night, from SAG Awards red carpet arrivals to after-parties.
