The Official Line-Up for the 2016 Cannes Film Festival Has Been Announced

Today the Cannes Film Festival announced their 2016 line-up, including movies that will be in competition for the Palme d’Or and those that will be shown out of competition as premieres.

Films in competition include works from heavy hitters like Pedro Almodóvar, Jeff Nichols, Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, and Sean Penn. Out of competition works include Café Society, which was directed by Woody Allen and will open the festival; Money Monster, directed by Jodie Foster; and The BFG, directed by Steven Spielberg.

The 2016 festival will take place from May 11 through May 22. Here’s the full roster:
