Los Angeles Celebrated Marriage Equality With Flags and Filters


It was a watershed moment in America’s history when the Supreme Court ruled in favor of legalizing same sex marriage on Friday, June 26. Across the country, national monuments were lit up with rainbow colors, and scores of supporters celebrated the win in most major cities. Los Angeles was, of course, no exception: on Friday night, Angelenos hit the streets of West Hollywood to paint the town ROYGBIV in honor of the SCOTUS verdict.
