Electric Dusk Drive-In revived the great American tradition of never having to leave your car to watch a classic movie on the big screen. But after getting booted from a parking lot in the Fashion District last fall, the beloved drive-in movie theater is now getting a revival of its own. The new location is the parking lot of the Van de Kamp Bakery Building in Glassell Park, and every Saturday night through September, it will be outfitted with AstroTurf outdoor seating area and a snack shack doling out barbecue and gourmet cupcakes during showtime. Lawn tickets are on sale for $10 a person and car tickets are $14 a person. Cars are parked in size order, so if you want a front-row view, get there early — or dish out $60 for V.I.P. parking.
