No Masks Required in Vegas, as L.A. Says Keep it on
While indoor mask mandates remain in Los Angeles County due to the coronavirus, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak has lifted all mask mandates. “The state will no longer require masks in public places, but employers and organizations, including school districts, may set their own policies, and I encourage them to work with their employees and communities to ensure that policies are in place,” Sisolak said in a statement. Masks are not required in public places in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada, but there are locations where visitors may still be asked to wear a mask. Federally, masks continue to be mandated in airports, on planes and on public buses. You can bet a lot more people will be headed to Vegas to enjoy some mask freedom.
