Where do you go with the family for fun?
Polliwog Park is our number one place. It’s an awesome park, and it’s two blocks from our house. We also go to Adventure Plex, which has a gymnasium, an Erector Set-style jungle gym, and a big maze. I just watch my kids. Most of the time I’m too sore to do anything, and I’m a little too big to fit in those crawl spaces.

Any favorite date nights?
When we can get out, it’s generally just dinner and a movie. We like ArcLight Beach Cities on Nash Street in El Segundo.

And when you want to stay close to home?
We only go to the beach once or twice a year, but we’ll go down to the Strand for a walk. Part of the joy for my wife and me is looking at the houses. Every once in a while there’s a for sale sign, so we’ll look at prices and pictures. I don’t think I would ever want to live on the Strand, but I always like to look.
