Disneyland Is Selling Rose Gold Minnie Ears, and the Internet Is Losing Its Mind

Take our money

History lesson: Rose gold has been cool since the 1920s, when Cartier started using the metal in their jewelry. The trend falls in and out of favor every few years; right now rose gold is experiencing a so-hot-right-now revival, not unlike chokers or, God help us all, frosted tips.

Leave it to Disney to catapult something that’s already ubiquitous to new heights. Sometime in the last week, the House of Mouse rolled out new merch at their parks in the form of sequined rose gold Minnie Mouse ears, which will look great with your rose gold engagement ring, your rose gold flamingo floatie, and your rose gold plimsolls.

Are they basic as hell? Yes. Are they expensive? At $24.99, ehhh, kind of. But who cares because #DoItForTheGram. Word on the street is you can snag a pair at the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney.

Chewie, we’re home.

It’s been a while since I’ve taken a picture of ears like this, BUT HAVE YOU SEEN THESE?! Disney Parks are finally giving the people what they want– Rose gold ears!! My inner basic white girl has zero chill. You can snag these just about anywhere on Disney property! What do you all think of the changes and additions Disney is incorporating to their new merchandise? • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • #disneyblogger #disneyoutfit #disneyblog #disneyig #disneygram #disneyside #happy #colorful #bright #fun #whimsical #dreamy #inspiration #tumblr #aesthetic #rosegold #minniestyle #flashesofdelight #thatsdarling #livecolorfully #shotoniphone #fashionblogger #styleblogger #lifestyleblogger #blogger #lifestyle #magickingdom #orlando #florida #disneystore
