Can’t get enough of So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars? Celebrate Halloween a different way, with a chance to see some live hot ballroom action. This weekend the Universal Hilton will play home to the 2014 Hollywood DanceSport Championships, organized and produced by the Scream Queen herself, SYTYCD judge Mary Murphy.

Murphy, a former pro dancer with a long career in Hollywood, produces the competition with former DWTS pro Jonathan Roberts and DanceSport producer Michael Chapman. The competition features various dance styles including international ballroom (slow waltz, Viennese waltz, fox trot, quickstep, and tango), and Latin ballroom (samba, rumba, cha-cha, paso doble, and jive) as well as other dance forms like Argentine tango and cabaret, with competitions for beginners and experienced, adult and children. Many ballroom and DanceSport pros will be there to judge the competition and perform, including DWTS’s Karina Smirnoff, Anna Trebunskaya, and Mark Ballas’s mom, Shirley Ballas.

Whether you go for the whole weekend or just for one event, here are a few things you won’t want to miss:
