It must have been really bright inside the Beverly Hilton on Sunday, because pretty early in the night, those of us watching the Golden Globe Awards started to notice a bit of a trend. Celebrities, particularly your celebrities of a certain age, were sporting indoor sunglasses in the audience and even on stage while accepting awards.
It wasn’t long into the night when Vanity Fair writer Richard Lawson tweeted the question we were all starting to wonder.
At what age do they give you the indoor sunglasses? I can’t wait

Indoor sunglasses at the awards show is a mood, a devil-may-care vibe with the added benefit of concealing any annoying eye wrinkles, and we salute everyone who brought the look, from Patricia Arquette to the all-time sunglasses champion himself, Elton John.
