Anyone who’s even so much as heard of Instagram is aware of the super bloom. All that rainy weather neutralized the drought and lit up our deserts with vibrant wildflowers, and now throngs of us are hiking out into expanses of Mariposa lilies and desert dandelions and California poppies. If you haven’t made the trek out to Antelope Valley or Anza Borrego, though, you can still get little taste of what that experience might be like, thanks to this 360° photo of horizon-to-horizon wildflowers.
Still, it’s nothing compared to the majesty getting out into the middle of a super bloom to marvel for yourself.
