Tonight the Los Angeles Conservancy kicks off “The Sixties Turn 50,” a nine-month program of events, with a free panel discussion on preserving 1960s architecture.

The 8 p.m. discussion, to be held at the Department of Water and Power Building (A.C. Martin & Associates, 1965), will feature our own Chris Nichols in conversation with Christine Madrid French, Alan Hess, Leo Marmol, C. Martin, and panel moderator Frances Anderton.

The conservancy has stopped accepting reservations, but video of the discussion will be available online soon. Click here for more information.
