Two weeks after the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations began in New York, hundreds of protestors marched from Pershing Square to City Hall on Saturday for Occupy Los Angeles, a grassroots movement pushing for the separation of corporation and state and protesting economic inequalities. The Los Angeles Times is reporting a group of about 15 volunteers coordinated the event and are working with the Los Angeles Police Department. Occupy L.A. activists plan to camp out at City Hall “indefinitely.”
