East Coasters were probably smiling on Sunday as not one but two storms hit the L.A. area and sunny pictures disappeared from the feeds of their West Coast friends.
Flash flood warnings were issued in Ventura County, and, aside from gloomy skies throughout the day, some parts of Los Angeles including Huntington Beach were struck by hail. Though some waited out the downpour from indoors, other Angelenos ventured outside to snap photos of the surprising white stuff. Here are some of the coolest (and cloudiest, and snowiest) we could find:
