The 67-year-old porn star—whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt—has been charged with three counts of forcible rape and forcible penetration by a foreign object, and one count each of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery.
Jeremy is accused of forcibly raping a 25-year-old woman in his Hollywood Hills home in 2014, of sexually assaulting a 33-year-old woman and a 46-year-old woman is a West Hollywood bar in two separate incidents in 2017. Prosecutors also charged Jeremy with raping a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in July, 2019.
Lacey declined to charge Jeremy in a 2016 case due to a lack of evidence.
In 2017, Jeremy denied a barrage of rape and assault allegations made by women across several states. In 2018, model Kristin Brodie accused Jeremy of assaulting her four times at a 2017 radio event in Tacoma, Washington.
Prosecutors are recommending $6.6 million for bail. If convicted, Jeremy faces 90 years to life in state prison.
Deputy D.A. Paul Thompson, who is also prosecuting Harvey Weinstein, is leading the case.
