Picca, the latest Peruvian cantina from Chef Ricardo Zarate, features over 50 bright dishes of modern tapas from the chef's homeland. His signature beef heart anticucho is, of course, best paired with pisco, the Peruvian brandy of which Picca offers the largest selection in all of Los Angeles, led by mixologist Julian Cox. Short Order – the product of the late Amy Pressman and Chef Nancy Silverton with Bill Chait, located at the Original Farmers Market – celebrates classic Americana with traceable, wholesome, clean ingredients. Executive Chef Christian Page has dedicated years to cultivating personal relationships with the local farmers and purveyors that provide all of Short Order's proteins and produce. Every item is created emphasizing local, organic, artisanal and handmade products and all of their beef is humanely raised, organic, pastured, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone-free and fed a natural diet free of any GMOs (genetically modified or engineered organisms as the scientists call them). From breakfast items, to salads and burgers to corndog “pups” and custard shakes (with or without alcohol for the big kids), Short Order does All-American fast food you can feel good about eating.
