Sunglasses that Reflect L.A.’s Diverse Style


Four diverse Los Angeles areas inspired designer Larry Leight’s most recent sunglasses collection. The Mosley Tribes summer 2012 campaign features individuals who represent each place’s style wearing frames in the environment that influenced their designs.


Eighteen-year-old India Downey is a guitarist who plays “with the soul of someone five times his age.” His aviators personify his laidback, hip style.   


Dianne Garcia grew up surrounded by the patterns of her mother’s embroidery designs and began sketching dresses at a young age. She eventually became a stylist and her big black glasses show her fashion-forward way.


L.A.-raised Jun Cha is a tattoo artist who has also used his illustration talents in collaborations with brands like The Hundreds and C1RCA. His indigo square shades reflect the creative, artsy vibe along Mid-Wilshire. 


To Victor Garibay skating is much more than a sport, it’s a lifestyle. His powerful skate style and sporty frames embody edgy downtown.
