COLD BREW FLOAT

Makes six 8-ounce servings

Ingredients:

2 pitcher packs Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee
Vanilla ice cream
Water sticks, optional

Directions: Steep 2 pitcher packs of Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee with 4 cups of water in a glass pitcher. Close tightly with lid and store in the refrigerator. After 24 hours, carefully remove the cold brew pitcher packs. Place 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream in an 8oz. coffee cup, then pour in 3oz. of Organic Don Francisco’s Cold Brew concentrate. Serve with wafer sticks.

CAFÉ LIBRE

Makes six 8-ounce servings

Ingredients:

2 pitcher packs Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee
4 cups fresh cold filtered water
3 cups Mexican Coca Cola®
4 whole cardamom pods 1 fresh orange cut into round slices with rind
1 fresh lime

Directions: Steep 2 pitcher packs of Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee with 4 cups of water in a glass pitcher. Add 4 cardamom pods and fresh orange slices to the pitcher, close tightly with lid and store in the refrigerator. After 24 hours, carefully remove the cold brew pitcher packs, cardamom pods and orange slices from the cold brew concentrate. Dilute the concentrate with 3 cups of Mexican Coca Cola®. Serve over ice. Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

COLD BREW SPRITZER

Makes six 8-ounce servings

Ingredients:

2 pitcher packs Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee
4 cups fresh cold filtered water
1.5 cups tonic water
1.5 cups lemon flavored sparkling water
Fresh rosemary
Fresh lemon

Directions: Steep 2 pitcher packs of Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee with 4 cups of water in a glass pitcher, close tightly with lid and store in the refrigerator. After 24 hours, carefully remove the cold brew pitcher packs from the cold brew concentrate. Dilute the concentrate with tonic water and lemon flavored sparkling water. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and lemon peel.

HORCHOFFEE

Makes six 8-ounce servings

Ingredients:

2 pitcher packs Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee
7 cups fresh cold filtered water
2oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon and a pinch of ground cinnamon
Whipped cream (homemade or in a can)

Directions: Steep 2 pitcher packs of Don Francisco’s Organic Cold Brew coffee with 4 cups of water in a glass pitcher. Close tightly with lid and store in the refrigerator. After 24 hours, carefully remove the cold brew pitcher packs and dilute with 3 cups of water. Mix sweetened condensed milk with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon to make a paste. Carefully add the paste to the cold brew coffee pitcher mixing it evenly with the cold brew coffee. Serve over ice. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
