Devin Alexander

What makes her inspirational: Devin Alexander is a Healthy TV Chef and author of the cookbook series accompanying NBC’s hit show “The Biggest Loser”. After struggling with weight her whole life Devin found a way to cook healthy decadent meals with significantly less calories-&lost 70 pounds! She lives & eats her message“You don’t have to deprive yourself to be fit and healthy!” She’s constantly looking for new ways to help others. This week she read an article about a young girl in foster care, aspiring to be a chef. Devin reached out to this girl & brought her into her home to talk about her dreams & how Devin could help make them come true. Devin strives to make dreams come true. Devin is on the Advisory Board of the American Culinary Federation’s Chef Child Foundation & she was Larry King’s Go-To Chef to fight obesity. Devin loves to help out in her local community and recently donated dinner to the Manhattan Beach Elem School. This past year she coached over 200 pounds off a man over the phone bc he was going to die if he didn’t get help. The true testament to Devin is despite barely having a second to herself she has still helped so many people & will continue to inspire others to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle for the rest of her life!
