Free Sunday Sundaes on Rodeo

This is glorious. On September 16, 23, and 30 you get free ice cream when you buy something on Rodeo Drive. The Rodeo Drive Committee wants to bring people to the iconic street and celebrate the 120th anniversary of the ice cream sundae (it was invented in Ithaca, New York) with these scrumptious shopping incentives. Vendors will be giving out gourmet frozen treats and other desserts from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The first Sunday, September 16, will also celebrate The Beverly Hills Hotel’s 100th birthday with cake and Robert S. Anderson signing his book The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows: The First 100 Years. Shopping can be hard work, so why not get a sweet reward?
