Michelin-Star Chef/Owner Paul Shoemaker, former chef of Bastide and Providence in Los Angeles, opened Savory in July of 2010. The menu is prepared with love, as it is seasonal and chef driven. Savory uses ingredients from local farmers, local fisherman and local ranchers who practice sustainable agriculture and who share the same philosophies of ‘backyard-living’. Savory is locally owned, locally operated and community minded.

Agave nectar
Splash Pama liquor
Squeeze lime
