Picca – Slumdog Chamomillionaire
Pisco the Peruvian brandy is used by mixologist Julian Cox to create a brightly flavored cocktail
Picca, the latest Peruvian cantina from Chef Ricardo Zarate, features over 50 bright dishes of modern tapas from the chef’s homeland. His signature beef heart anticucho is, of course, best paired with Pisco, the Peruvian brandy of which Picca offers the largest selection in all of Los Angeles, led by mixologist Julian Cox.
1oz of black pepper cardamom grape coulis
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2oz Pisco Porton
shaken vigorously , strain into a fizz glass and top with chamomile air
