The Breakfast Conversation Series: Getting Schooled
On Wednesday, September 12, Los Angeles magazine hosted a Breakfast Conversation event at Public Kitchen & Bar at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The “Getting Schooled” discussion, the third in the series sponsored by Pepperdine University, featured a Q&A with Editor-in-Chief Mary Melton and LAUSD Superintendent John Deasy. Topics included the future of L.A. schools and the issues surrounding the nation’s second-largest school district.
