Picca, the latest Peruvian cantina from Chef Ricardo Zarate, features over 50 bright dishes of modern tapas from the chef's homeland. His signature beef heart anticucho is, of course, best paired with Pisco, the Peruvian brandy of which Picca offers the largest selection in all of Los Angeles, led by mixologist Julian Cox.
