Pisco BBQ

Ingredients
2 oz Pisco Porton
1 Tbl Achiote
1 oz fresh Lime juice
1 oz Simple
1 Luxardo cherry

Directions
Add all of the above to a mixing tin and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with house made carne asada jerky and cilantro sprig.
