Ingredients
1 1/2 oz of black cardamom Infused Pisco Porton
1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
Dash mole bitters
Bar spoon of apple butter
1 egg white
Calvados rinse on glass
