Yoga and Granola, Together At Last At Serenity Sundays at Gladstones

Need a motivator to wake up super early for yoga—on a Sunday? How about a breakfast right after you finish your workout? Oh yeah, and a walk on the beach. Starting this weekend, Gladstones, the landmark PCH restasurant, will be offering a donations-only beginner yoga class on Sundays at 8 a.m. in their private room with trainer Shelby Ho. Attendees can nourish their bodies after all that Downward-Facing Dog at 9 with light and fresh dishes like yogurt with granola and heirloom tomato frittata (this part costs money). First come, first serve (that means you might have to come even a little earlier, but all that inner peace—followed by soon-to-be inner yogurt—sounds worth it, no? It doesn’t get any more quintessentially L.A. than that.

It is appreciable that Gladstones, the landmark PCH restaurant is offering a donations-only beginner yoga class on Sundays at 8 a.m. in their private room with trainer Shelby Ho. If other restaurants also organize this kind of yoga sessions, more people will like to add Yoga in their daily activities even in Sundays and will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
