The Golden Globes are notorious for being the one main awards production where dinner and drinks are served to attendees during the show. Stageside, the pressure is on Golden Globes’ hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler to deliver the laughs. But at the tables, Beverly Hilton executive chef Suki Sugiura, executive sous chef Chris O’Connell, and executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi are feeling the heat. They, along with a staff of nearly 100, will prep and plate the food that the stars will (maybe?) munch on during the show.
