Chicken liver bruschetta turns naughty with the addition of juicy halved cherries. The artful finesse behind such dishes as a salad of symmetrically sliced nectarines and beets hints at the husband-and-wife chef team’s impressive résumé (L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, the Bazaar).
