The team behind Mendocino Farms has expanded on its gourmet sandwich concept with this indoor-outdoor spot. It has plenty of quirks, starting at the bar, which uses a tap dispenser to pour the old-fashioneds and shots of the digestif Fernet-Branca. The menu’s not without its own oddballs. A cumbersome Cuban sandwich-croque ma-dame hybrid is served open face with pork, house-made pickles, and a fried organic egg. Pink Eggs and Ham dresses two beet-marinated deviled eggs with bacon.
