Fred the Baker | Old school Dunkin’ Donuts

O frabjous day! Dunkin’ Donuts is coming our way! Callooh! Callay!

Police officers, East Coast ex-pats, and folks looking for a change from their ho-hum McDonald’s / 7-Eleven morning coffee routine… get excited! Dunkin’ Donuts announced their search for potential franchisees in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Orange counties.

Time to make the donuts? Not yet, Fred the Baker. The company hopes to have the SoCal stores up and running in 2015. In the meantime, you can quell your cravings by ordering cloyingingly sweet donuts and mediocre coffee from any other chain, and proceed to lace them with a small amount of crack. (A Dunkin’ Donuts haul is more of an addictive vice than an orgasmic snack. Not great, mind you, but cravings do happen.)

I’m positive only an “east coast ex-pat” could have written this article.
