"A Feast for the Nose" at Los Angeles Central Library — 1/11
The Culinary Historians of Southern California are bringing back food historian Charles Perry for a lecture focused on olfaction. Perry will discuss, among other topics, the medieval Arabian tradition of perfuming the hands, face, hair, and clothing before eating.
