Here's proof the early bird doesn't always get the worm. This month, Hinoki & The Bird chefs David Meyers and Kuniko Yagi introduce a new rotating noodle menu featuring whatever's inspiring them.
Now on the menu: Braised veal short rib ramen with mizuna mustard greens and soy marinated egg; jackfruit and grilled shrimp curry with crispy noodles and thai basil; and duck with soba noodles and negi onion in a warm dashi broth. Slurp up.
The new noodle menu is available Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. (while supplies last).
