Drink Like A Super Bowl Champion

It just ain’t a Super Bowl party without beer, or any booze for that matter. Thanks to several Los Angeles restaurants, you can now get your drink on to your liver’s discontent with all-you-can-drink beer specials as well as a few all-you-can-drink cocktail specials for good measure. Wear your stretchy pants, book your designated driver, and hunker down for Super Bowl XLVII between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens in New Orleans!

At the Pub at Golden Road during the game, it’s bottomless pint glass time ($25) with some free snacks thrown in. Gotta build your cushion, after all.

At Tony’s Darts Away, the all-you-can-drink beer is $20 with 20 beers on tap. The veg-friendly restaurant is also offering specials on guilt-free bar food like vegan nachos, vegan BBQ sandwiches, and TDA’s brussels sprouts with agave, Sriracha, and toasted cumin seeds. Reserve your table by emailing contactingalex@tonys.la.

Mohawk Bend is upping the ante with an all-you-can-drink beer AND an all-you-can-eat pizza special during the game for $30! Choose from 72 beers on tap as well as six pizzas (three non-vegan and three vegan) like the Pig Newton with Serrano ham and fig tapenade or the smoked tofu barbecue pizza. Make by emailing reservations@mohawk.la.

Corner Door in Culver City has got your drinking covered with endless Moscow Mules for $18 and a dangerous-sounding “Jungle Juice” punch with vodka, Creole shrub, ginger, grapefruit soda, grapefruit juice, and pineapple gomme. Soak all that up with “Garbage Fries” (maple sausage gravy, Sriracha hollandaise, crispy carnitas, pickled peppers) and chicken wings buffalo-style, cider glazed or with blue cheese (six for $9, 12 for $15, 20 for $22). Doors open at 1pm.

Harry Morton's Pink Taco Sunset Strip is doing up a VIP lounge on its third floor with an open bar and all-you-can-eat buffet starting at 2 p.m. and continuing through the end of the game. General admission is $40 ($70 for top-shelf open bar) or you can splurge on a group package, which ranges in price from $75 to $125 a person. The game will be projected on three ten-foot screens.

Fancy football fans will opt for Shore Hotel’s Sunday Super Bowl package in Santa Monica. Book an overnight stay for you and three of your friends with rates starting at $299. That’s perfect, since the package comes with entry to the beachside Super Bowl party, pizza and wings, as well as—wait for it—bottomless mimosas.

Let the game, and the drinking, begin.
