West Hollywood: From the crew who brought us Bootsy Bellows and SHOREBar comes a new WeHo club, Hooray Henry’s. This new spot, which opened last night, boasts a playful British flare combined with the sophistication of old London hotels. » Hooray Henry’s, 8713 Beverly Blvd., West Hollywood

Santa Barbara: Our neighbors up in Santa Barbara welcomed a new restaurant this past Tuesday, The Lark. Located within the Funk Zone, home to the Urban Wine Trail and minutes from the 101, this New American spot is an easy trip up from the L.A. area. The Lark’s menu features dishes that showcase the best of local seasonal foods, including herb roasted diver scallops, roasted cauliflower gratin, and crispy glazed pork belly sliders. » The Lark, 131 Anacapa St., Santa Barbara, (805) 284-0370

Echo Park: After closing two years ago to undergo $20 million in renovations, Echo Park Lake has re-opened to the public, along with paddleboats and a new location of one of our favorite cafés, Square One. Located inside the park’s landmark boathouse, this quiet spot offers a healthy-sounding menu featuring dishes like a vegetarian sandwich with avocado, tomato, red onion, and sprouts, and a kale salad with hazelnuts and Champagne vinaigrette. » Square One at Echo Park Lake, 751 Echo Park Ave., Echo Park

Hollywood: This weekend, Hollywood says hello to 33 Taps, a new neighborhood sports bar set to open on Saturday. Stop by for burgers, wings, and other bar bites, along with 33 lines of draft beer. » 33 Taps, 6263 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, (323) 962-1400

Definitely interested in checking out The Lark. Urban wine trail is a must visit in SB if you haven't already.
