Whole Pig Dinner at This is Not a Pop-up – 6/21–6/23
Chefs Gavin Mills and Bruce Kalman are whipping up a Pork, Pickles, and Pasta meal at "this is not a pop-up." The chefs will butcher a heritage-breed Duroc pig, and everything from the legs to the head will wind up in the feast. Diners will also sample products from Mills’s upcoming charcuterie operation and Kalman’s pickle business. The family-style prix-fixe dinner costs $50. More information.
