“The Cadillac of scoopers is the Zeroll 1020. It cuts through ice cream like butter.” The temperature of your hand warms liquid inside the handle to help it glide easily.
“It’s not about digging deep but a long scrape.” Hold the scooper at a shallow, 45-degree angle, and pull in a continuous motion until the mound is the right size.
“Pull up using a flick of your wrist. You’ll know if you have a good scoop from the way it looks sitting on a cone.” Plant the scoop firmly on top. Lick. Enjoy.
