It seems Chef Laurent Quenioux will set up shop practically anywhere. His usual stint as executive chef at Vertical Wine Bistro aside, he’s popped at Starry Kitchen downtown and Good Girl Dinette—and then there were those undergound marijuana dinners. Now he’s at it again. On July 8, 9, and 10 you can find the French chef cooking at Barney Greengrass on top of Barney’s on Wilshire. The full menu ($50 a person) is below, but it wouldn’t be a Laurent Quenioux dinner without his signature cheese cart. The first night is already sold out, so don’t dilly dally on reservations.
