Lobster Mondays at Jar

This summery weather has us imagining lazy days sunbathing on the beach, followed by lobster bakes at our second home in Maine. (A girl can dream, right?) Conveniently, Suzanne Tracht just announced Lobster Mondays at Jar, a series of three-course menus that center around the crustaceans. Beginning June 4 and continuing until the end of August, the themed menus include lobster tacos (think peach chipotle salsa, rice, and beans), a traditional lobster bake (corn on the cob, peach cobbler), lobster/clam steamer (clam dip, strawberry shortcake), and lobster pot pie.
