The End of the Food Truck?

You might soon spy a new mode of transport hawking your street grub. The mobile food industry is trying out the Nissan NV van, the company’s first foray into the U.S. commercial market. Only the Grilled Cheese Truck and Coolhaus have test-driven the compact, high-roofed vans, which cost less to operate and are easier to maneuver than trucks. Don’t worry, your Cheesy Mac and Rib will stay the same size.
