On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me… a roast turkey taco with Pinot Noir and Chinese five spice cranberry sauce. Komida, the Hollywood brick-and-mortar outpost of the taco phenomenon, is celebrating the season with a different fusion taco each day (in addition to the full menu) from December 8 through 23. There’s a taco for seemingly every palate, including vegetarian options: December 13 will feature a spiced sweet potato taco with bruléed marshmallow—a spin on the classic casserole. On the 16th, carb cravers can expect a mac and cheese taco with gouda and bacon breadcrumbs. Yikes! Each taco will be $4. What a treat.
